Wife and I just voted in Virginia. A LOT of conservatives sat out the midterm election and gave the dems the whole legislature in VA. Then the anti-2A stuff started in earnest. We pushed back with several 2A rallies just before China virus hit. Indications right now that in early voting in VA that rural and suburban voting is up over 2018 and urban voting is down. I hope you’re right, however, that urban vote is likely going to come via mail in, early voting, and fraud. I pray it’s a red wave here.
I think that tally is of the early and mail-in votes as of last night. Can registrars accept mail-ins much longer? But you might be right about the fraud. Here's to hoping we have some sharp poll watchers out there.
My county said it had to be postmarked by today. However I think they only count those received late if the total number that aren't counted could change the result.
