I doubt Jill will want to stay married to him once his shot at the white house has ended and the Biden name is heavily tarnished. He'll need round the clock care so he doesn't wander into traffic trying to sniff kids on the school bus.
There's already tons of evidence - there is just a lack of will on the part of any kind of investigators or prosecutors - federal or state - to do anything about it.
