Assuming all and only those who preferred to vote on Election Day do so, both R and D seem consistent with their voting intention. The IND split pretty much equally.
Let's do the numbers:
If 2292 votes are cast, this means the remaining 46% is: 1989.
Joe: 1109 + (1989 * .35) = 1805
Trump: 872 + (1989 * .59) = 2045
If the numbers in the OP and my calculations are correct, we're looking at a big win in VA!
