Ours sits out in my small town. I work and can’t be there to move it to the curb when they show up around 11am. If it’s not at the curb, it doesn’t go away.
In small towns or on secondary streets we have trash bins (one or more), never bags. And ONLY on trash day.
In larger towns on main streets the trash (also in trash bins) is collected in the back of the buildings. Seeing trash laying around on boulevards is extremely uncommon.
In my cucked leftist city we have city issued bins and the directive to bag all trash in the bins. Meanwhile the homeless are allowed to camp in public and create huge mounds of trash. So strict rules for residents but no rules for addicts in tents. Hope to turn this city red really soon!

They are incredibly sturdy, there's never a mess, they are designed so a claw picks them up and dumps them in the truck so it's easier/faster/safer, and some pop up companies are going around with their own claw trucks that pick them up and pressure wash them out for a few dollars.
We have those too, we just have to call for pickup and they'll come within 3 days. Waste management is one of the few things we pay taxes for they I have 0 complaints about.
