I will never understand how can someone be more offended by words than by abortion.
And explaining that to them can help. I just frame the arguement in that way. They're being programmed by the media even though they don't realize it.
I'm not going to argue with you because it is stupid. I do try to nudge them, though, and I've succeeded with a few.
Well, I'll tell you I've met some that I'm not big fans of either. I don't know why for you, but I'll tell you that the failures I see in Christians is because they fail to act like their namesake and instead insist on treating people like garbage because they disagree (sometimes pretty slightly).
