It has always been pen ink for my polling place. This isn’t a scantron and no you don’t need a #2 pencil.

No, the instructions say to use blue or black ball point pens. Just be sure to completely and neatly fill the circle next to your candidate of choice.

I was also given a blue pen, but so was everyone else, and I live behind enemy lines in a city so likely 75% Commie voters. I think we're good, Pede.

One use to have to use pencil. Not so much anymore.
