To me it seems likelier that Trump will take IL than CA, and in any case if 0bama could take IN in 2008, then I see no reason Trump can't take IL today.

Ding ding ding ding...that last part especially. I'm curious what would happen if we had federal voter ID and federal oversight to Chicago elections, if the Dems would be so successful. We might have, dare I say, our own Giuliani.
