I have seen this same sign at multiple polling places, and also being passed out to people in line in paper form.

I was a poll watcher at Multnomah County Elections (Portland, Oregon) a while ago. The husband of one of the liberal county commissioners tried to walk into a restricted area like he owned the place. A worker stopped him. He pulled the "Do you know who I am" bullshit in a pissy little bitch tone. The worker wasn't having it. He walked off steaming. Fuck you Khafoury.
