Yep, that is how it is in Maryland. All you need to know is your name and DOB, nothing else. Literally anyone could vote under your name, it is absurd.
In Mass you just need your name and address. They say they have the right to check your ID if something is off, but I’ve never seen it happen (of course that doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened)
