I'm in PA (near Harrisburg). I was in line 65 minutes from getting into it, until I actually entered the voting building. It was 45 and sunny, but very windy. They were allowing elderly people to skip the line, which I agreed with.

NY, walked in, no line. I actually thought they changed the location because there were barely any cars in the parking lot. I was in and out in 5 minutes, I'm not kidding. There were maybe 5 other people in there with me and only a few more coming and going. It's a pretty blue area and tons of the voters are elderly, so nobody is showing up. Everyone I know voted early last week, and they all waited like 2 hours (there were only a few early voting places for huge areas so everyone was crammed, election day has way more open for each individual town). Meanwhile on election day everyone voted early so I'm done in 10 minutes altogether.
