My partner and I voted via Absentee drop off, at an official ballot box, in CA over the weekend. Woke up this morning and checked 'where's my ballot' and it still wasn't 'received' or 'accepted'. In fact it showed that is was still in the process of being sent to us via mail. We went down to vote in person and after standing in line for close to 2 hours was told by the check in person on a PC that as of this morning it was accepted.

I don't know why, but I can't shake the feeling of being mislead/our votes for trump not being counted.

Previous elections I didn't care as much, but this time I'm seriously considering going back down to vote in person anyways to make sure it counts.
