Posted it earlier, but when I voted at 9:30am at my ward in NEPA (Northeastern Pennsylvania) there had been 418 votes cast so far when you included mail-ins and provisionals. In 2016 there had been 659 ballots cast total. With the polls open for only 2.5hrs, we were at 63% of the 2016 turnout. In 2012 Obama beat Romney in my ward by 250 votes. In 2016 Hillary beat Trump by 48 votes, and Trump won the whole town when you added all the wards together.
