In his “Contract with Black America,” Ice Cube asks politicians for banking, police and prison reform; elimination of all Confederate statues; federal funding of “baby bonds” starting with $1,000 at birth, among other reforms to support the Black community in order to earn the “support of the Black vote.”

So Trump sat down with him and made a deal that involved some of that stuff happening and ways for some of it to happen with less resistance.

I doubt that, I'm sure he talked to the opportunity zones (already in place) and funding for HBCU's (already in place) along with Prison reform and the black legislators blocked police reform. He probably discussed the low unemployment for black americans and the wall keeping out low wage workers taking black jobs.
