I used to consider myself just a republican, and voted so from 2004 until 2016. I read too much CNN and let them convince me Trump was Racist/Sexist/etc. and I voted Gary Johnson 2016. I started to realize that I should look for myself and was shocked at how I let the enemy of the people, those around me in person and on social media stopping me from wrongthink. I felt pretty deceived and pissed off as we got into 2017 prior to inauguration.
I found the space on Reddit from frens, and then migrated over. Covid actually kicked me into overdrive as I hate the idea of government restriction and many of the things I most enjoy doing were put on hold because of it. Reading the good word from you all anytime, anyplace or any day has been awesome.
