Watching a video of a woman stuffing a ballot box with the twitter reminder that "voting by mail is safe and secure". I swear twitter is a satire site with bullshit like this.

Real question, what is the allowance for, say, someone taking care of their elderly homebound parents or whatever, can they not drop off their ballots for them?

I love how twitter can throw on a warning tag because it's "disputed."
