If you received a mail in ballot and are planning to vote in person, BRING IN THE MAIL IN BALLOT. They might ask you to fill out a provisional ballot, which you can't guarantee will be counted, if you can't surrender the other ballot, voided, on the spot.

If your ballot doesn't go through the machine, don't trust that it has been or will be counted. Wait until the machine "is working." Do whatever it takes. Don't assume it will go through just fine.
