Just watched the Destiny stream for like 30 seconds: two of the people didn't know what state Philadelphia was in, Destiny ten seconds later sheepishly says, "It's Pennsylvania, right?" Then after another 15 seconds of sitting there confused it's off to Google to double check.

I could be wrong but as far as I know betfair has the best liquidity, so it's a pretty good place to check if you just want to see the current betting odds. Bear in mind you can't bet there from the US so it'll be slightly skewed towards Europeans, who usually shortchange Trump by a couple percent. Currently at around 73% Trump win chance.

If you want more specific odds like states, predictit is a good place to check (though their site is getting hammered now), though there are a couple of reasons the odds there can be off by a few percent as well ($850 limit I think, so long shots are usually given too high a % chance).

Its 6% of the vote in, you can discern absolutely nothing from it. If you based Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina results off of results when they were at 5% Biden would have won already. Focus on COUNTIES that are at 100% reporting and compare them to 2016 results. Trump is out performing his own numbers from 2016.

The reporting percentage would count VBM. In most of these places the vote by mail is counted first and then the in person votes are counted until they get to 100%. I think that's what you are asking but I'm not sure.
EDIT: For Pennsylvania they would be counting mail in's for several days since it can be postmarked Nov 3 and arrive until Friday I believe, so Pennsylvania and several other states could remain uncalled officially due to that, even if Trump is ahead (unless the margin is insurmountable.). Even then, I believe Biden/Harris will use Pennsylvania as a reason to refuse to concede.

Holy F guys - when they call states way early it's because they have a good idea on who is going to win based on EXIT POLLS. Stop wondering why. It's how it works. They can also call it early based on remaining votes to be tallied, is it in a strong Democrat area, or a strong Republican area? Well, if Trump is already winning by say, 2%, and the only remaining counties that make up the final 20% of the vote are Republican stronghold counties, then they can call it confidently.
I am finding many of the comments here absolutely unbearable as you guys seem so confused why some states like Texas look blue right now even though that is literally how they look every election when the early votes come in and the cities tally their urban votes first. Then, when the other half of the state, the suburb and rural voters get reported in, they tend to pull away.
So STOP crying about some state being blue when there's literally only 1% reported. If it hasn't been called yet, there's a good sign things go well.
Hillary was doing well in Ohio until the last 30% or so when Trump started pulling away big time. Be patient.
