some observations: small town. polling place is the civitan club. at midterms, i voted 30 minutes before close of polls. there was one scanner, apx. 800 votes. today, fast-moving lines, two scanners, 600 votes on one of two scanners at noon. 2.5 days ago, no-one in the neighborhood had any power for almost 3 days. we were primed and ready!
