Decision Desk HQ has a very detailed methodology of their own. The guy who started it was very grass-roots, forecasting for Ace-of-Spades HQ and then set up as a business. I'm not aware of him having to reverse any calls, and he tends to call pretty early - he had a really good track record back when I was paying attention. I don't like the early VA call, but I won't be surprised if it holds.

Early results tilt urban/blue , it takes more time for the rural votes to come in. Trump will win Texas.
Plus that map shows VA Blue, but mousing over the state, it shows Trump way ahead in vote counts. Very odd.
