Why can't they count absentee ballots before the election? Why are they always the hold up? We have early voting. Count the damn things.
You can't count them before the actual election because it could possibly lead to ever more corruption. If they knew exactly how many votes they needed in order to have a candidate push ahead on Election Day, I can imagine some ballot box stuffing.
I do not understand this concept. Count the fucking votes. Don't go home until you're done. How fucking hard is it to do your job?
