Each box has 2 numbers x/y x = the number of times that candidate will lose y = the number of times the candidate will win. If y>x then the candidate is expected to win. Note: Some of the boxes just have a single number. It's pretty easy.
Each box has 2 numbers x/y
x = the number of times that candidate will lose y = the number of times the candidate will win.
If y>x then the candidate is expected to win.
Note: Some of the boxes just have a single number. This number x and the y in such boxes is 1.
