from what I can tell, it looks like the counties are waiting until the election day votes are counted and then reporting ALL the early vote at once.

Fairfax County, late voting / fraud via mail in ballots being counted up to three days after the election date.

They are probably expecting more votes from northern va it's the states big population center. They obviously called it too early but northern va generally determines the state.

I think it’s just predictions made by the fuckwit media.
