I remember when that happened before I moved here. I have been to caucus meetings and the vast majority of delegates do very deep dives into candidates before voting. The public blows with the wind. I can't see a way to reverse it now. The state is deteriorating. I think the only good places will be very low population like South Dakota and Wyoming.
