Yep it's just mail ins, not ballots cast at polling stations today. Even so, it's only about 274k mail in ballots and Trump is already winning PA by 600k votes. Unless the SCOTUS rules that PA can count ballots "found" after today, there's no way Biden wins the state. Even if SCOTUS allows that, Philly would need to "find" more than double the currently un-counted mail in ballots to have Biden win and that would raise red flags even with liberals.
They did this same tactic back in 2016 in AZ when Mcsally was up against Sinema. Mcsally was ahead, and over the next week or so, Sinema crept ahead to just "narrowly pull it out". This is what we are seeing right now only scaled up and in concert with other "toss-up" states. It's complete bullshit.
