I point out cheaters don't need to be on the inside. Fraudulent D mail in ballots, brought in at the laat minute or hours to weeks after the polls close, are outsiders to those who should be doing the counting.

Here I do believe all counting is done electronically unless it's within 1%. Otherwise you're paying lawyers to scrutinize individual ballots. Apparently this will be happening in many States.
