Well if it was the state and local police then yes according to the rules on the books, but Federally, though, no. I would say still illegal, but we seen how some states did things(California with 'Sanctuary' Cities for example) so its toss up unless a person well versed in Oregon and Federal law has any input in.

Some things here in Illinois goes down constantly labeled as legal even though it is not legal Federally.

I wish this stuff was cut and dry, but it almost never is.

Federal law says weed is illegal but a bunch of states ignored that too.
