They called California for Biden few minutes after the polls closed in CA, when in fact the ballots will not be completelly counted for a couple of weeks due to the mail-in ballots shenanigans. But obviously they can give the electoral votes to Biden in advance. They also assumed none of the 55 house seats flipped to Republican and said the Dems held the House.
