Libertarians, unfortunately, are committed to the fantasy that this country is sophisticated enough to handle the idea of a third party. They refuse to believe that a libertarian party sucks votes away from the GOP, but not the Dems.
Libertarians who want to be purely by-the-book theory libertarians are incredibly naïve. You're not having a country of 350 million people governed by very few.
Even if it was the most effective and best form of governance (or lack thereof) it's just not happening in the US. Not because it's largely a 2 party system but because there are far too many people. In a much smaller nation, possible. Or even in a low populated state in the US, sure. But nationally??? If Tom Sawyer was real he'd have you feeding him grapes and acting as his foot stool.
I'm a libertarian and I would crawl over broken glass to vote for TRUMP.
Then you probably aren't actually a Libertarian. You are a pragmatic Conservative. Not stuck to some pre-determined set of ideals.
Not gonna lie this was me in 2016. But I learned!
imagine being such a faggot you vote for a 1% party
There's a reason 99% of people don't vote for it.
Screw them
No real libertarian thinks that dude. /r/libertarian is heavily shilled.

Agreed, fuck them.
As a former big-L Libertarian, I couldn't agree more.
The Libertarian party is a complete joke.
Yeah a lot of libertarians are cucks and completely out of touch.
Read this as Librarians... because I'm dyslexic.... HAHAHA
It's always the 3rd-party faggots sending the whole Nation to ruin.
No because I'm a libertarian who voted republican down the ballot.
Fuck you a little bit, OP
Congratulations...... on not actually being a "Libertarian" then!
Pretty arrogant of you to decide that you get to tell me what my own philosophy is
They aren't too bright.
