They opened 139k absentee ballots in Wisconsin at around 4:30am and 111k of them ended up being for Biden, which just so happened to be the perfect number to catch up with Trump's lead. Forbes reported: "67% of Wisconsin Republicans plan to vote by mail on Election Day, while just 27% of Democrats in the state say the same."
Wayne County in Detroit just reported roughly 150k ballots, and nearly 140k were for Biden, cutting Trump's lead in Michigan by nearly two thirds.

It’s because when you look at PA and you see 64 or 70 percent cast that percentage is just an estimate. No one will actually know how many votes are cast until the votes are certified next month.

Yet now were stopping the count for the night? I thought the early numbers came from the mail in ballots which were counted first. Then SUDDENLY states like Michigan and PA had "half of their mail in ballots uncounted in cities." It is so blatantly fraud, they only started counting mail ins last when they started to lose.

the states get to decide when to count their early/mail-in votes.
some are required to count all of them before election day.
some only start counting them after election day.
