To be fair, I read PA doesn't start counting until election day. That being said, it really begs the question why they stopped counting all the sudden.
Not like they didn't know Nov 3rd was coming and exactly how many maximum ballots could arrive (entire state populated minus a few not old enough to vote)..
It's very easy to figure out X Y and Z of how to count that many ballots in a certain time frame..
