A civil war needs organized sides. A few people with guns doesn't make a civil war. The "3%" would have to organize and come out at the same time to the same places in order for it to have an effect. But it's hard to organize that without the cops and shit busting it up before it gets off the ground. Who's doing this organizing? Where?
