Was given a sharpie by a poll worker today to fill out a paper ballot, apparently machines don’t read sharpie filled ballots, is this true? If yes, what can I do how do I report the poll worker?

I thought sharpies were fucking felt, it was basically a long fucking marker with a felt tip from what i remember. But now someone else is saying sharpies are okay. Jesus christ this shit man i tell ya.
