As soon as they do, the legal team gets working on ballot access, if granted (and probably will be) they start tying the votes to voters and interviewing them, any improper ballots could be thrown out, they can do signature matches in some state (which would see thousands of Dem ballots getting tossed), they can check for faulty registrations of which there are many, they can look at improper count, which I assume is many. Bottom line, you win an election with fraudulent ballots, you are on shaky ground.
