I'm confused. I found a longer version of the video above, and the girl seems to say that when a ballot done with a sharpie was put thru the machine to be read, it was not read, that the machine was only reading ballots filled in with a ball point pen. Here's the vid:

Watching Louder w/Crowder, I'm getting info that says poll workers are just looking at ballots and if they're done with sharpies, they're just toss in the invalid stack. Another post on td.win was someone who had used a sharpie then went online to check their vote status and it said her vote was "canceled". Matt Schlap has picked up on this. It's getting legs.

Voted in AZ, can 100% confirm that every station had Sharpies, no pen's in sight. Thought it was weird but had no other option.

Sharpies or ball point ink is used because the ballots are scanned and counted like SCANTRON™test sheets.
The mark is supposed to be read against a white background and counted.
Invalidating balls done by a permanent marker is therefore highly suspicious.

ballots are printed double sided... sharpies bleed through and mark both sides of the paper.

In Connecticut they handed me a sharpie and that is what I used. But they always use sharpies.
