According to the Wisconsin gov website on Nov 1 "The State of Wisconsin had 3,684,726 active registered voters on November 1, 2020." https://elections.wi.gov/node/7220 Still as of right now there's 3,288,771 votes counted according to 270 to win https://www.270towin.com/2020-election-results-live/state/wisconsin That's going to end up with 90% + of registered voters actually voting.
