In a recount... those votes need to be confirmed that they actually belong to a voter.
That is what TRUMP NEEDS TO DO... IN ANY RECOUNT = VERIFY THE VOTER ATTACHED TO THE BALLOT.... that number on the ballot... needs to be verified again.

as of last I heard the lead in AZ narrowed to 90K with 520,000 left to count and it's been breaking 60-40 for trump. Meaning there's still a chance AZ flips without any legal recourse. But if it goes to court I hope it goes GEOTUS. Where I voted they handed out sharpies and it was bleeding through the ballots...so that was interesting
