A massive issue with some voters given sharpie markers instead of pens which are required at the poll yesterday and those votes not counting is unfolding. Any guesses which areas and which voters?
A recount should unwind this as fortunately az has paper ballots.
Cant the sharpies be over turned? These are in person ballots. Not the voter's fault that theyre given a sharpie.
