I've had issues before with jpegs where the extension added did not match the "allowed" format listings. For example, it would name the file file.jpg yet the only version that would upload was file.JPG. You might try playing around with the extension to see if changing it would let it upload. I've also had issues where the extension added was file.JPEG and that also wasn't on the allowed format list. After this, I'm rather much out of ideas other than to suggest you open and save the file with paint before uploading since that program should be about as compatible as it can get.

From my computer. I upload the image, click save, and it says "the image must be correct format"...it's a jpg.

Hmm, I'm lost then friend. I had issues uploading a photo, couldn't do it until I posted on FB then resaved it
