Considering the cheating going on in Michigan and elsewhere, if Michigan remains contested the vote for President could go to the House by winner of the majority of state delegations in the House. Before the elections we held a majority of 26 House state delegations. Anyon know who has it now?

We control most of the state houses.

State House or State Senate? Or is it a joint congress at the state level?

Each delegation is made up of the US House Reps from that state. I don't know if DC counts here, even thought they have a US House Rep.

These are not state legislatures. It's by delegations of reps to US House. So, if Rhode Island had 2 reps, and 2 are dems and 1 republican, then they get one vote and RI and will vote dem. If Michigan had 20 reps and 15 were republicans and 5 dems, then they would get one vote and vote for republicans.

I'm not sure on the state delegations question...
