Don’t get me wrong, he should take it to court but he doesn’t have to win there.

Look at Michigan for example: they just “found” and counted pallets of votes, every one for Biden. Sure, Trump may win in court but really he just needs to convince the Republican controlled State Legislature of Michigan to send him his slate of electors in the meantime. The legislature has that exclusive authority without the governor.

Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, and even Arizona could do the same thing if there was enough evidence of cheating to convince their republicans controlled State legislatures.

We don’t have to accept the steal, in this scenario the courts become plan B.

We just have to protect the State Legislatures from the mob once they understand the plan. It was always going to come down to that though. They intend to steal it.
