So the way to catch the fraud is to start evaluating the ballots in Milwaukee. They need to call the voter in question and ask where they voted, how they voted and whom they voted for, and if they voted at all. This should turn up, hundreds if not thousands of discrepancies. If they have the newer ballots this will be a lot easier, but it's guaranteed that they were mixed in with the other ballots.
Another interesting thing to do is to do handwriting analysis on the signatures. It may be that they can show that the same person signed thousand of ballots.
We also need boots on the ground to look around the polling areas, check out dumpsters and interview people who were there. It's not easy to prove fraud, but it can be done.
