I agree. They left no stone unturned with Kavanaugh. They used the used the most flimsy shit they could find to tear into that man and he was still seated. They'd have no reason to hold back with her and, unpopular opinion but I think she had justification for recusing herself on that specific case. She can't do it on this though.

not on the supreme court. their code of ethics specifically says that a justice is the only person that can decide to recuse themself. nobody else can make that decision, however there will always be input given and pressure from media, etc.

As far as the enumerated powers of the constitution goes, all justices are equal.
