Japanese news is very clinical. They stick with confirmed fact and don't linger for sensationalism. Essentially, the Japanese news reports so far are that US law requires counting to stop at 4:00 AM, so they expect anything after to go to the Supreme Court. I haven't seen any reports advocating for Trump or Biden as the likely victor.
