Honestly, as a Christian I think we are getting what we deserve.
The church leadership nationwide is getting more liberal. Doctrine is being watered down and one by one churches are changing their stances on gay marriage.
On top of that, the majority of churches in America are more concerned with their budget and their flock and not reaching out to feed the poor, care for widows, etc...
So Big Daddy Government stepped in.
The church has failed America and more and more our religious rights are being stripped from us because we chose to stay in our bubbles.
2020 has been a wake up call to the entire world to turn to Him and I love my church but my pastor has bought into all the Coronavirus bullshit. The rest of the staff hasn't, but he has so when he preaches he talks about wearing your mask and all that shit.
When you choose to not preach the gospel and instead push what the government is saying, you are straying from the mission. As a pastor, you shouldn't be pushing anything the government is doing UNLESS they are trying to restrict religious freedom.
I think our country is headed in the wrong direction and Trump was the man standing between it. If he loses, we will never get it back.
There are scriptures that command us not to give up fellowship with one another (Heb. 10:24,25). That said, I aree with you in general: the Evangelical church in America has become a SJW sancturary. One pastor I highly respect that is strongly against this is John MacArthur. I encourage you, brother pede, to listen to a few sermons of his, which you can find on his website, Grace To You. God bless you brother.
I am not sure what you are talking about. Are you saying John MacArthur does not believe that Christ is the Messiah? If so, I would suggest you listen to his sermons.
Agreed, and just in generally, for brainwashing my (and younger) generations, largely in school, to be against religion, think all Christians are stupid, and teach inaccurate history that convinces us religion has no part, role, or influence in our country and it's founding. After becoming a historian, I learned real fast how very much we are a Christian country, and "separation of church and state," is in no founding documents, and doesn't even mean what most think it does. All this made generations turn away from God, mock him and his believers. I woke up to that brainwashing, first from becoming informed, and then from Trump showing me. Trump brought me to God, made me have faith, and I think there are many others like me.
Maybe we'll get what we deserve; a punishment -- but maybe we'll also get what we deserve - a trump reelection that continues infuencing more like and restoring us as a Christian nation, with a population that's -- while tolerant of all religions, and has religious liberties and rights -- majority practicing Christians who understand the importance, and role in our country .
Even before I started having faith myself, I still understood the importance and could see the blatant correlation between our country's decline and having more and more atheist and godlessness

It's Crusade time. DEUS VULT!
So true Im still religious for the most part but I've turned away from the main stream churches.
A lot of them are into SJW stuff they fly rainbow flags half the sermon is about donating money to the church.
You don't need a church to be faithful all you need is a Bible and to be a good person.

The same man that doesn't believe in the atonement of Jesus' Blood?

There's never been a society that's survived open support for faggot reprobates. These United States wants to be the first.
