Just a thought. If 50% of democrats receiving mail ballots, sent them back and voted on election day, that would add about 25% to the vote total but not the registered voter total leaving about 68% voter participation which is a typical high turnout election.

I stand corrected then. However, Wisconsin has 3.6 million registered voters this year, and the votes are approaching 3.3 million now.
