If the "Voting Machine goes down" or they "can't scan it now" - DO NOT LEAVE. Just stay there, stay there ALL day if you have to, and HOLD ONTO YOUR BALLOT until they can fix them. You'd be surprised how conveniently they can start working again.
At least some local meadia is poking around and asking WTF. That is a good start, just need this done x1000 to get some real movement on the theft of votes.
