They know it's wrong but don't care as long as "their side" wins. I have a colleague with whom I had a conversation about the obvious mail in ballot fraud that has been going on here in Oregon since the 70's. I always thought he was a decent and moral person before that. Now I know he's totally OK with government corruption as long as he perceives it to be in his political favor. I don't talk to him much anymore. It's hard to overlook when someone you always thought was a good person, is secretly a fascist authoritarian who's happy to see your rights trampled and will feel righteously vindicated about it.
