3 hours and 7 is the running time of the stream in the moment you saw it, it's 2:52m into the stream you have to back track it. It's tricky, you got see the run time and then remove the extra time from the video and work it backwards.
When I saw the clib i caught it and the stream only had 2 hours and 55m since it went life. If you start at the 2:50 mark you wont miss it
