NC should be safe. they're holding off for slightly over 100k absentee votes that never got returned, and may never get returned. This is just the difference between the number of absentee requested and those returned. It's probable that alot of those were never sent back at all.
They'd have to break 90% for Biden for him to pull ahead IF they all show up. I mean they have 9 days to make them all magically appear and be marked for Biden. But they would be heavily scrutinized and a sure shot to the courts.
