Don't be disheartened. A lot of it isn't as procedural as it is just executing the laws and procedures we already have. There's an enormously thick layer of bureaucratic shit constipating our systems - once that actually goes, and I suspect it will now that the Dems have literally blown every conceivable procedural load and good faith sentiment, you will see absolute chaos as people like Sydney Powell are placed in the stead of leeches like Wray. Government isn't about getting perfect people or processes as much as its about putting the right people in places you need them for short periods to get shit done and then get them out. The worst feature of government are webs of contacts that grow out of over-familiarity with wealth, power, and a wildly over-inflated sense of self-importance.
Why wouldn’t one of the math nerds, I mean number crunchers who work for the campaign notice this? You’d think they’d have analysts looking at the registration and turnout data who would pick up on something like this. Or the state Republican Party, perhaps. Isn’t it part of their job to help register folks to vote, and to know how many registered voters there are in the state? How many people register same day to vote? Why was the turnout so much higher than Florida? So many questions...
Entire analysis on how Wisconsin and Michigan is completely out of whack as compared to Ohio and Iowa.
There are a lot of questions around the upswell in votes this year in Wisconsin & Michigan; with accusations that it is abnormal. First I compared 2020's votes/population to 2016's votes/population in 4 swing similar swing states. WI & MI are certainly up a lot this year:
I think there’s plenty to look at. It all looks suspect to me. I believe that the democrat leadership in WI and MI was so shocked by what happened in 2016 that they spent the next 4 years preparing for this. I’ll say it again - there’s no way he increased his margins in Ohio but lost in WI and MI.
Answer to your TLDR: because of universal mail in ballots. I know so many people who never vote but they did this year because of all the mail in ballots. The lazy could vote in this election without doing a ton of work.

Also, Presidential votes mismatch congressional votes in these states. People dont vote for just president
Thank you and good luck.

What I want to know is how Wisconsin gained 200k population between 2010 and 2020, but somehow gained 500k voters between 2018 and 2020
https://redstate.com/brandon_morse/2020/11/04/the-wisconsin-totals-dont-make-any-sense-either-as-turnout-seems-abnormal-n274893
That link shows the current voter count at over 3.6 million.
Now look at this.
https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/WI/PST045219
They've only gained 200k residents in 10 years.
This doesn't make any sense. Sure, it's plausible. There are enough adult residents to accommodate those gains, but it doesn't follow any trend.
I think they padded the voter rolls after the 2018 midterms in preparation for 2020.
You should send this to Trump's campaign, Don Jr, Crowder etc
You should go to Trump's campaign website and get their email. Send it to them.
You're welcome

Btw, decision desk says 3,289,463 votes have been counted for Wisconsin.
3,289,463/3,684,726 = 0.8927
So 89% turnout? That's way too high. But somehow Ohio and Iowa doesn't show this trend somehow?
